At 61 years young, Naomi began climbing mountains to raise money for her favorite charity, Mending Kids. In 2015 she reached 19,341 feet elevation on Uhuru Peak, Mt. Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, East Africa. This heart survivor was thrilled!

Since then, Naomi has completed 200+ hikes on 43 mountains in 3 continents and raised over $288,000 for heart surgery patients.

Donate now to help Naomi reach her goal of Mending at least 1,000 Hearts.

Who is

Mending Kids?

Mending Kids coordinates pediatric cardiology teams providing numerous critical care surgeries in developing countries for families who have no financial means to save their child's life.

The surgical teams train the local medical doctors and nurses during the mission trip to perform heart surgeries. Some medical teams specialize and teach ENT (ear, nose and throat) plus numerous other types as needed. Through educational agreements, your gifts are also enabling those countries to improve their  health services.
